A Reliable, 3-Step Comprehensive Support System through Japan-US Collaboration Our expert teams in Japan and the US work together to provide seamless assistance from pre-departure to post-arrival.
STEP 1: Pre-Departure Preparation and Coordination in the US (In charge: Repatriation Support Director) Through careful preliminary consultations, we directly assess your current lifestyle, health condition, and wishes for your return. We also act as a bridge (messenger) for your family, providing regular updates on your well-being to your loved ones remaining in the US even after you have returned to Japan.
STEP 2: Transportation and Medical Care – Safe Return and Transfer (In charge: Japan-US Collaborative Team) We provide comprehensive travel and transfer support, ensuring a smooth journey from your local airport in the US to your new residence in Japan. If a medical escort is required, our medical network ensures that a specialized nurse from an affiliated medical institution will accompany and closely assist you.
STEP 3: Post-Arrival in Japan – Housing, Medical/Nursing Care, and Guarantor Services (In charge: Alliancers) We take on the role of guarantor, which is strictly required when signing a lease or being admitted to a hospital in Japan.
